Heavy Rain, MGS4, and Infamous are not first party games. All three companies are not owned by Sony and they can make games for the Xbox if they wanted to.

18) Launchers(including grenade launchers) should replace perk 1 like it used to so that it will prevent infinite launcher ammo because scavenger and one man army would be unavailable.

Yes, it would have. It's Halo, it would have sold regardless of when it was released. I promise you that ODST firefight would still be hugely popular today if it had matchmaking. So yeah, it would have been worth it.

ODST was finished in May of 2009 and they released it in September. That's 4 months that they sat on the game and did nothing. They're lying when they say they didn't have time.
